1. You agree that the information we hold about you can be held on a computer (whether local or cloud-based) and/or paper files. (NOTE: Any individual providing information from a non-personal entity warrants they have the empowerment to provide such to us).

Your information may also be accessed by the Financial Services Authority for investigative work, and fraud prevention agencies if requested to do so in order to meet our responsibilities under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and general United Kingdom law.
